This letter of intent allows Shifang City Zhen Lin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. the ability to purchase air power generation equipment from Sanhe City Luck Sky Electrical Engineering Limited Company (a subsidiary of Xiangtian (USA) Air Power Company.) The Letter of intent provides for sales of equipment totaling 40 million RMB (Approximately $6.5 Million USD) and will allow for additional sales of equipment at a future date if needed. It is anticipated that this transaction will be completed within 6 months after receiving the proper approvals from the regulators in China. Luck Sky Group Natural Energy Power System is an new energy Production invention. This system provides energy by utilizing solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, tidal energy, water hammer potential energy and all the available natural energy as a raw power. This raw power is then converted into DC power, processed through an ultra -wideband, high-performance power inverter, which is registered in Luck Sky Group independent intellectual property rights list, and outputs stable power in line with national standards. Part of the output electric power is for the power needs of the operation facility, and remaining part will be supplied to the power grid. Any additional electricity will be stored as 20Mpa compressed air. When natural energy is intermittent or during times of equipment maintenance, releasing the compressed air to drive compressed air engines linked with a generator which produces electric power, provide customers an advanced power generation and supply equipment. Natural energy power system’s core technology is “compressed air energy storage power generation.” The design of this system is novel and reasonable. Considering the energy structure, it will provide a reliable alternative to the power supply system that mainly based on the fossil fuels. This natural energy power generation system has been developed through independent research and development by Luck Sky Group, with independent intellectual property rights.

USA TODAY Sports With the United States firmly locked in the top spot and Panama needing a win, there’s no hiding that these two foes have very different mindsets heading in. But that won’t stop Jurgen Klinsmann from playing his best guys, for the most part. However, he’ll be without arguably his two best as Clint Dempsey and Michael Bradley were both ruled out for the final World Cup qualifying tilts, according to Associated Press via Fox Sports . America had no trouble quelling Jamaica on Friday without these two stars in the fold, winning 2-0. But that was a much different atmosphere, as the U.S. played at home and against a foe who had no real shot at sneaking into a qualifying bid. On Tuesday, they’ll face a Panama team not only looking to get into the World Cup, but looking to reverse a two-goal deficit to Mexico in the ever-important goal differential. They won’t be looking to win, they’ll be looking to win big. There’s no doubt that Klinsmann will have his guys ready to go despite the low stakes, especially considering the amount of work they’ll need to put in over the next few months to have any conceivable shot at making noise next summer in Brazil. The ironic part? A dominating U.S. victory could actually help bitter rival Mexico’s chances of getting into the World Cup after all. Prediction: United States 2, Panama 1 USA TODAY Sports These two foes faced off in the Gold Cup final, where a U.S. team that didn’t have many of its starters pulled out a 1-0 victory over a Panama team that had most of its best guys in uniform. With a bit of a different slew of players this time around, I don’t see the United States struggling too much to be in control of this one, despite Panama’s high-stakes play.

The gold standard. Andy Cohn: ‘We Like That Pressure.’ Andy Cohn, a member of the Team USA wheelchair rugby squad, said he understands the significance opponents place on games against the United States, which is again the No. 1-ranked team in the world. He said he and his teammates relish the opportunity to take on the best in the world to remain among the world’s elite. (Solomon Crenshaw Jrfirstname.lastname@example.org) There are banners for the gold-medal efforts of the U.S. Paralympic 2008 wheelchair rugby team in Beijing, the 2008 women’s wheelchair basketball team, the ’08 goalball team and the 2004 women’s wheelchair basketball team. But there’s no acknowledgement for the bronze medal the Americans won in wheelchair rugby last year in London. “Lakeshore is our parent, our national governing body,” said James Gumbert, coach of the U.S. wheelchair rugby team. “They’ve helped us to develop standards that we try to live up to. One of those standards is being the best every time we take the court. “It’s not about a gold medal once a year,” Gumbert said. “It’s about a gold medal every day.
